This COVID pandemic has taught institutions to become creative in lesson delivery. With no choice but to become innovative, teachers have scrambled overnight and find alternative ways to reach out to their students to deliver remote teaching and learning.
The truth of the matter is, not all teachers are tech savvy, but they are forced to adapt to the new normal. This new normal means learning how to master the use of computers, preparing modular lessons and delivering online lessons of which student should be interested with.
They have so much in their hands doing a lot of things simultaneously which often leave them exhausted at the end of each day.
That’s why this celebration of Teachers’ Day brings a deeper meaning. This can be an opportunity to turn this appreciation into something that will bring back the prestige of the teaching profession.
Because face to face delivery is still not allowed, the Supreme Trinitarian Council thinks of creative ways to celebrate and appreciate their teachers who are doing so much for them.
Thank you students for remembering your teachers. Thank you for letting us feel that we are important to you.
Our desire is to give you the best lesson ever, that you will learn so much from us and that as we continue to adjust to this new normal, you will also cooperate and give your best effort to learn and become responsible individuals.
