Trinity Christian School has been preparing for months to ensure the safe return of learners for this new school year’s reintroduction of the face to face classes. Amidst the current public health situation, so many things have to be considered that’s why the school started as early as possible to meet the requirements under the DepEd’s School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT) that is being used to determine the readiness of schools to participate in the expansion of the face to face classes.

This SSAT focuses on four main areas: managing school operations, teaching and learning, well-being and protection, and school-community coordination.

Last August 23, 2022 several DepEd personnel conducted an ocular visit to the campus to validate the school’s preparedness under this four areas.

These personnel conducted ocular inspection of the classrooms, the different school laboratories and checked on the implementation of the health protocols and standards. They also interviewed various school personnel for verification.

“So far, our SSAT preparations merited a happy and satisfied result from the DepEd,” Nurse Joy Coscolluela said. “We are compliant and more than ready to take on the challenge of face to face classes.

“The school has ensured that the health, safety and well-being of everyone in the school remain as the top priority”, she further said.

All school personnel are tasked to remind students and parents to always follow the required health protocols.
