The atmosphere at Trinity Christian School was filled with warmth and nostalgia as the institution celebrated the Groove ’98 Alumni Homecoming, hosted by Batch 1998 and headed by Marc Robert Tee.

The event took place at the Grace Activity Center on December 30,2023, where alumni from various batches gathered to embark on a journey down memory lane, reflecting on their cherished moments and experiences as Trinitarians.

The program commenced with a worship service and a brief yet powerful Gospel message. Afterward, dinner was served promptly at 6pm.

Batch ’98 invited their previous teachers and honoured them by giving them some token of appreciation for their hard work in nurturing them  while they were students of TCS.

Furthermore, Batch ’98 entertained the crowd through their captivating dance and musical performances.

It was a fun-filled night as each member of batch 98 was called and recognized while a video presentation played on the background showing the milestones of their lives.

Excitement peaked as raffle prizes, including various appliances, gift checks, travel packages, and cash gifts, were awarded to a selected group of winners.

In a heartwarming tribute to the school, Batch 1998 generously donated industrial ceiling fans to the school’s auditorium, Uy Sun Soon Teck Hall.

Not to be forgotten was the passing of the “floppy disk” of responsibility to the next host – the Batch ’97 for the Alumni Homecoming 2024.

“Reminisce, Reconnect, Reunite” encapsulated the spirit of the TCS Alumni Homecoming, Groove ’98. The event manifested the intimate and deep connections forged within the school campus—a testament to the timeless bond shared by the Trinity Christian School family. /with reports from Shun Kobayashi
