It’s the new school year.
Trinity Christian School started the year right by holding the first schoolwide worship service at the Grace Activity Center last July 26, 2024.
With this year’s theme, Trust in the Lord and His ways, it is the right thing to do to acknowledge God’s presence in the whole school. Proverbs 3:5 -6 say that we need to trust the Lord with all our hearts and not just to lean on our own understanding and to acknowledge him, and He will make straights our paths.
Attended by all students, teachers and staff, the celebration started with Praise and Worship led by the TCS Worship Team. Pastor Jason Ferrer, an alumnus proclaimed the Word based on the scripture text of the theme, Psalm 143: 8, “Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.”
Scriptures and testimonies were also shared by students from different grade levels.
As we progress through the school year and its challenges and opportunities, the theme of the school year reminds us that we have a God to hold on to and to fully trust in.
