This year’s Zumbathon was truly unique as it featured a selection of uplifting Christian music led by some talented Zin instructors. Participated by more than 800 students together with parents/guardians, guests and the teachers and staff of Trinity Christian School, the activity was indeed a success.
The participants participated enthusiastically, bringing a vibrant energy that filled the Grace Activity Center last, October 5, Saturday.
For a couple of years now, the Zumbathon activity signals the coming of the Foundation week of the school which is set during the last week of October. This event has also become a fund-raising activity of the sponsoring batch of the TCS Alumni Association of which the collected fund will help finance the Alumni Homecoming Night every December and to support their other projects as well.
This year’s Zumbathon activity was spearheaded by TCS batch 1999. They were supported by the Supreme Trinitarian Council, class advisers and the rest of the teachers.
The month of October is a busy month for the school, as it prepares for the celebration of the Foundation week. Several activities are on the way that will highlight how the school has grown not only in terms of its enrolment but also through its several programs like academics, sports and many others.
The coming Foundation Week will also feature different activities, like the culmination of the Intramurals and the most awaited event which is the annual Triunity Run.
